Connecting Gmail & Outlook Integration Streams

To allow Archie and Marketing AI to scan inbound inquiries and transmit draft responses, you must connect your corporate email account to the ArcTactic console.

Authentication Setup Steps

  1. Navigate to your dashboard, click **Integrations**, and select your provider.
  2. Log in using your corporate credentials. Authenticating is completed securely through OAuth 2.0.
  3. Approve permissions requesting access to Read, Send, and Delete mail.
🔒 Permissions Security

Delete permission is only used to manage automated spam sorting configurations, keeping your main inbox clean. We do not delete normal client emails.

Forwarding Rules (Optional)

If you prefer not to connect a primary mailbox directly, you can set up email forwarding. Configure your host mail client to forward copy streams of inbound lead alerts (e.g. from site forms or billing gateways) to your custom ArcTactic inbox address:

Verification Status

Once authenticated, a green check badge will show next to your provider in settings. Archie will immediately begin processing emails arriving in the inbox, searching for match parameters configured inside your campaign logic.
