- Forward Lines: Route your existing business number streams directly to Voice AI.
- Transfer Settings: Define rules to forward active calls to human sales reps.
Call Transcripts & Recordings
Every call is recorded and converted to a text transcript. The system flags target details (e.g. budget, client size, schedule availability) and displays the transcript inside the contact's activity history.
Ensure you verify regional call recording laws. Voice AI can play automated disclaimer alerts before conversations start where required.
