Template Design

Upload standard service contract PDFs or markdown files. Use dynamic variables inside documents to automatically inject client details from CRM profile fields:

Collecting Signatures

Once Archie moves a deal card to "Contract Sent", the system generates a secure, unique signing page link. This link is emailed to the client, allowing them to review, sign, and download the completed agreement.

Audit Logging & Validation

Every executed contract is cryptographically stamped with SHA-256 validation headers, record logs, and IP details. The finalized PDF is locked and saved in the contact's document file.
