Pipeline Stages
Deal pipelines represent visual columns showing the progression of sales opportunities. You can customize deal columns in settings to match your pipeline:
- Intake: Automatic placement for new form submissions or inbound calls.
- Contacted: Opportunity cards move here once Voice AI or Marketing AI makes initial contact.
- Qualified: Candidates that meet your budget and operational criteria.
- Contract Sent: Automated document generation and electronic signatures collection stages.
- Closed Won: Completed conversions.
Unified Client Profiles
Clicking any deal card displays the complete client profile. This page houses:
- Basic Details: Contact channels, company name, acquisition source, and deal value.
- Activity History: Chronological log containing email threads, SMS records, and audio recordings.
- Agent Notes: Archie's summaries of customer needs and Analytics AI's LTV estimations.
Secure Authorization
Client records are protected using WorkOS security structures. Multi-Factor Authentication prevents unauthorized access to your pipelines, ensuring client privacy compliance.
